The use of Dranox.com (herein referred to as the “Website”, “Us”) is governed by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). This Terms and Conditions will take effect on the 28th of June, 2012. Dranox Watches Philippines (herein referred to as “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) is a Philippine-based e-commerce company situated at Naga City, Bicol Region, Philippines.

You (herein known as “User”, “Users”, “Client”, “They”, “Customer”, “Customers” ) are a person of legal age who has agreed to become a member of the Website by providing required data (referred to as the “User ID”, “Password”, Registration Data”). Each user has designated a unique identification (username and password) and thus accepts the Terms and Conditions delineated hereunder.

By accepting this Terms and Conditions, the User has accepted and agreed to be bound by the policies set forth in the following policies:

General Policy

All products that are sold on Dranox.com are sourced from suppliers based from abroad and thus buyers should take into consideration the logistics process including the costs and delivery time of products to the Philippines. This idea is likewise applicable to the returned products that are to be shipped back to the suppliers or manufacturers abroad.

Cancellation Policy

Regular and Custom orders MAY be canceled in case you made a mistake in placing the order. Order that has been processed cannot be canceled anymore.

For orders that are unavailable or are delayed in fulfillment, we will first ask if the customer is willing to wait for the stock to be available or confirm if the extended delivery date is acceptable. If not we will cancel the order and issue a 100% refund.

Returns, Replacement and Exchange Policy

You may return items provided that all terms and conditions under the Return, Replacement and Exchange Policy are met.
Valid Reasons for Returns:
A. Damage due to transit
B. Product is malfunctioning, defective or damaged.
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the time of receipt of the item.

IMPORTANT, you’re required to attach the following:
1. Video showing the malfunctioning, defective or damaged item.
2. Photo of the item in its original packaging.
2. Photo of the receipt.
Once we have received your message, we will review the request and videos/photos. We will then inform you of the next steps on returning the item. Requests are processed within 14-20 business days.
Rest assured that the company will give the customer a product replacement if returns and exchange request is valid.

To avoid this type of negative circumstances, the company has its own Quality and Control Team to make sure that each item sent to every customer is on its best condition.

Please be reminded that “warranty, return, and exchange policy” must be followed strictly to avoid inconvenience. All products eligible for returns must be re-packed in its ORIGINAL, UNDAMAGED, and UNUSED packaging, along with its proof purchase and certificates (warranty or certificate of authenticity). The “shipping fee” will be shouldered by the customer (as we already granted you free shipping when we send you the product.)

Refunds Policy

Refund amounts are payable 7 days after the date of purchase for the following valid and verified conditions:

  • Full refund (product cost, and duty) for products that are damaged due to transit.
  • Full refund (product cost, and duty) for products that are malfunctioning, defective or damaged.

Please note that all returned items will be assessed by our quality team before considering it as a valid refund.

Warranty and Repair Policy

As warranty instructions and procedures may differ across brands, please refer to the respective brand/company’s website for detailed information. Please note that online warranty registration may be required for certain brands as stated in the product description. The general warranty are as follows:

  1. For warranty service at each individual brand’s Service Center, please present the duly completed warranty certificate or the original receipt of purchase (DRANOX Invoice). If the warranty is applied to the problem of your item, the product will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of the Service Center. Repairs will be free of charge if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.
  2. Warranty is only for the parts or manufacturing defect. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, improper and rough treatment, negligence, normal wear and tear, water damage, unless marked as water-resistant, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.
  3. Warranty does not shipping cost of the product.
  4. Warranty does not cover unauthorized repair and/or modification.

DRANOX specializes in retail and does not provide any repair services. Warranty and repair services are provided by certain individual brands themselves. Pull up the Warranty Card packaged with your item for the contact details and address of the Service Center. You can also refer to the brand’s website for more information on their Warranty policies.

Duration for repairs or replacement varies according to each brand. Remember that you may have to shoulder any services, fees, and parts costs that aren’t covered by the given warranty.

Payment and Delivery Policy

Dranox.com accepts cash on delivery (COD) or Cash on Pick-up (COP) all over the Philippines. This is the main mode of payment preferred by most Filipinos.

Orders are processed daily until 12:00 P.M. from Monday to Friday, all orders placed after 12:00 P.M., or during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will be provided with an order tracking number, which will be indicated in the confirmation or acknowledgment email that will be sent to you. You may check your order status with the tracking number provided to you. Your orders will be prepared for shipping once it has been processed. COD transactions will be processed within 3-14 business days and may be tracked by through our website. Hover on the “Track Your Order” at the top menu of our website and just type your order tracking number. As of now, Dranox.com operates only in the Philippines; delivery addresses outside of the country will not be processed.

All orders are delivered free of charge. Orders are sealed and delivered within 3-14 days from the placement of order, except in case of force and unexpected events or calamity.

Disputes and Arbitration

This Terms and Conditions are governed, and thus can only be interpreted, by the existing laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any claims and disputes arising from or use of this Terms and Conditions will be addressed and settled in a confidential arbitration to be held in Manila, Philippines. The arbitrator must be (i) legally trained; (ii) independent of either party; and (iii) must have experience in the Information Technology and E-commerce fields in the country. Each party agrees to yield to the jurisdiction of courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

The use of this Website affirms that the Website user is at least 18 years of age. Persons who are not capable of forming binding legal contracts (i.e. minors) and wish to make a transaction, the parents or legal guardian should make the transaction on his behalf. This should be made possible with the parent or the legal guardian registering in the Website prior to purchasing. We reserve the rights to terminate any account should we discover that the user is a minor. For business entities who wish to enter into a transaction, a duly authorized representative can register on the entity’s behalf granted that this person is of legal age and are duly authorized by the entity to form binding contracts with the Company.

Dranox.com reserves the rights to amend this Terms and Conditions at any time. These changes will be reflected in the Website and an announcement will be posted regarding the changes. Generic emails will be sent to registered users as well. Please be reminded that continued use of the Website replicates that the users agree to the changes imposed therein.

The use of this Website requires the user to maintain the confidentiality of username and password. It is the user’s sole responsibility to safe-keep the password and he or she is responsible for all the activities that occur under this name. Furthermore, it is imperative that Users provide accurate details in the registration form. Failure to comply may result in the suspension and deactivation of accounts. Dranox.com reserves the rights to enforce such actions to accounts with untrue, inaccurate, and incomplete data.
