General

Dranox Philippines is an e-Commerce website in the Philippines. DRANOX features high-quality items at the price within reach by most Filipinos. We highlight brands that are NOT available in the Philippines.  We also offer cash on delivery as our main mode of payment. All our products are sourced directly from abroad suppliers and shipped to your doorstep.

You will receive your “order voucher/invoice” via email when you have completed the payment for your product. Your Order Voucher/Invoice will include the Order Number which you can use to track your product.

Shipping / Deliveries

  • We only charge ₱150 for shipping fee to be added automatically when you checkout.

The price indicated upon check-out is inclusive of tax and all other applicable charges.

Once your order has been processed, you will be provided an Order Number via e-mail to check your order status. You may also find your transactions and order tracking information in My Account Category if you created an account.

Instruction: Hover over the to the main menu on the top of the home page and click on “Track My Orders” button. Please type and enter your “Order #” and email address you used at checkout process.

Orders are sealed and delivered within 2-5 business days for areas within Metro Manila and 5-15 business days for areas outside Metro Manila. Delivery of your items will be coursed through our partner courier LBC and Ninja Van.

*we do no control the day or time of the delivery as this is on our couriers’ discretion and schedule.

There are instances where the shipping time takes more than we stated, this is because of some reasons

  • Incomplete address
  • Unreachable mobile number
  • Area not covered via COD or Area is considered as the remote area

Always make sure to complete your Address to ensure successful delivery.

Orders are processed daily until 10:00 AM from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 10:00 AM, on weekends and during holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once you have received order invoice e-mail for your purchase, you may no longer cancel or modify the order. If you wish to return your purchase, you may contact Dranox.com at official@dranox.com . Click here to view our Return/Refund Policy.

As of time being, Dranox.com operates only in the Philippines. Orders made outside of the country may be processed provided that the indicated delivery address is within the Philippines.

As long as the address is correct, anyone can receive and pay for the item.

Our logistics partners will try to redeliver your order 2-3x. Kindly keep communicating with the rider or delivery personnel.

No. Dranox.com has a guest check-out feature which allows a customer to buy from the site without requiring customer to sign-up.

Payment

Cash on Delivery (COD) is our main mode of payment. We also accept cash on pick-up. These two are  preferred by most Filipinos.

None, you will only pay the exact amount as stated during your checkout and as reflected on your order invoice receipt.

There is no minimum purchase per transaction.

Returns and Exchange

As much as we have checked the item before we shipped out, broken items are also possible due to courier mishandling, especially on provincial areas. Please contact us immediately and will gladly replace your item (official@dranox.com)

Warranty and Repair

As warranty instructions and procedures may differ across brands, please refer to the respective brand/company’s website for detailed information. Please note that online warranty registration may be required for certain brands as stated in the product description. The general warranty for watches are as follows:

  1. For warranty service at each individual brand’s Service Center, please present the duly completed warranty certificate or the original receipt of purchase (DRANOZ Invoice). If the warranty is applied to the problem of your watch, the product will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of the Service Center. Repairs will be free of charge if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.
  2. Warranty is only for the movement, hands, dials or manufacturing defect. This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, improper and rough treatment, negligence, normal wear and tear, water damage, unless marked as water-resistant, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.
  3. Warranty does not cover Lens, Case, Strap, and Bracelet that is damaged or worn.
  4. Warranty does not cover unauthorized repair and/or modification.

DRANOX specializes in retail and does not provide any repair services. Warranty and repair services are provided by certain individual brands themselves. Pull up the Warranty Card packaged with your item for the contact details and address of the Service Center. You can also refer to the brand’s website for more information on their Warranty policies.

Duration for repairs or replacement varies according to each brand. Remember that you may have to shoulder any services, fees, and parts costs that aren’t covered by the given warranty.
